Paul brings more than 30 years of experience in legal software, business development, and IT consulting. After starting his career as a programmer and sales professional, he founded PM&A to deliver fast, reliable IT services to growing businesses across Cape Town.
His focus has always been people-first: building long-term partnerships with law firms, schools, and SMEs, and ensuring technology is explained simply, implemented effectively, and supported with care. Under Paul’s leadership, PM&A has become a trusted managed service provider known for its security, cloud consulting, and Microsoft 365 expertise.
Ryno has over 20 years of experience in IT, specialising in cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and Microsoft 365. After joining PM&A in 2010, he has led technical support and operations, and today oversees delivery of scalable and secure IT systems for clients.
He works closely with businesses to strengthen cybersecurity resilience, streamline communication, and ensure compliance through cloud consulting, data backup, and disaster recovery. Ryno’s approach blends deep technical expertise with a practical understanding of business needs, making IT both secure and usable for everyday teams.
